James Lavine is a 2016 graduate of the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell. After college, he spent time with a financial company, worked in the ticketing industry, and also held a Specialist position in Fraud and Operations position for a major bank. He joined ClinLab Staffing in 2019 as a Recruiter for the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania territories.

Over time, James has developed and demonstrated a knack for sourcing candidates, balancing a book of business, and providing clients and candidates with top-notch service. He now handles all business in New York for ClinLab Staffing and is committed to expanding his agency’s reach, growing his clientele, and showing through hard work why ClinLab Staffing one of the fastest growing businesses on the east coast.

Outside of ClinLab, you can find James in the mountains of New Hampshire or at the beaches on the Cape. He enjoys playing guitar, skiing in the winter, and True Detective.
