While 2020 proved to be a tough year ClinLab Staffing continued to be recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in MA by both Inc 5000 and the Boston Business Journal. We were so proud to see our dedicated team come together to a adapt to a new way of working and exceed all expectations leading to our BIGGEST YEAR EVER! With that we would like to present to you the winner of our 2020 Top Biller award, Caitlin McNamara, who takes the honor for the 3rd consecutive year with numbers that blew everyone away! Her newest recruiter refers to her as the G.O.A.T., watch out Tom Brady!
Caitlin joined us in 2016 as an entry level recruiter after graduating from University of New Hampshire with a degree in Neuroscience. She has played an instrumental part of growing the Massachusetts division by making numerous successful placements and really impressing the clients she works with. Caitlin advanced to group manager taking on new responsibilities as a team leader and mentor, helping not only her group but also other groups really soar this year. Although she takes the title she humbly thanks her recruiting team stating that she couldn’t have achieved this giant level of success without all of them.
