Sean Reilly, Massachusetts Division Account Manager

After graduating from UMass Amherst in 2012 with his bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, Sean started his post-college profession working in the operating room. He worked at both Newton-Wellesley Hospital and then Boston Children’s Hospital for the Anesthesia teams. Sean then began his career with ClinLab Staffing in May of 2017 as an entry level recruiter. He started out under top billing account manager Caitlin McNamara and with great coaching and persistence, he earned the Rising Star award and was the top billing recruiter for 2018. With his consistent work ethic and determination, he has since worked his way up to an Account Manager within the Massachusetts division. Sean primarily works within R&D, manufacturing, and operations with a strong focus in Quality related roles. Outside of ClinLab, Sean enjoys staying active by snowboarding, riding motorcycles, hiking, and camping. Golf has been a passion of his and with his competitive nature, has developed some friendly in-office golf rivalries.
