Mark Brown,Chief Financial Officer

Mark joined the firm in October of 2017. Prior to this engagement, he worked with several different clients in a fractional CFO capacity serving a variety of industries.  Additionally, he is also served as the VP of Finance and Administration for his own family’s publishing services business that was acquired by a private equity company in 2011.

Mark attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned his undergraduate degree of a Bachelor’s of Science in 1997. After that he matriculated to a joint degree program at Suffolk University Law School where he obtained both his Juris Doctor and Master’s in the Science of Finance degrees in 2001. When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, cooking, and traveling.
