Lindsey McCarthy, Account Manager Massachusetts

Lindsey graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Shortly after graduating, she joined ClinLab Staffing as an entry level recruiter in the Massachusetts division in 2019. Learning from Caitlin McNamara, her account manager and top biller at Clinlab, she found a passion for building strong relationships with clients and finding the strongest candidates to fill their hiring needs.

With her strong work ethic and determination, she has worked her way into an Account Manager role in the Massachusetts division within R&D, quality, operations and manufacturing. Outside of ClinLab, Lindsey enjoys spending her summers at her family’s lake house in Ossipee NH surrounded by friends and family. In the winter, she enjoys snowboarding with some colleagues and relaxing by the campfire
