Our client located in Cambridge (Kendall Square) is seeking an associate scientist to join their target discovery team. He/she will use their cell and molecular biology understanding to support the development of autologous T cell transfer therapies.
Responsibilities
- Perform cell and molecular biology experiments in the lab
- Contribute to the development and characterization of genetically engineered cancer cell lines, and primary immune cells
- Support process development efforts for autologous T cell transfer therapy programs
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in biology, immunology, or a related field
- Background in cell and molecular biology and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a research laboratory
- Mammalian tissue culture and transfection techniques
- Cellular growth assays and phenotyping
- Molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR, and Western blotting
