This year we are introducing a new award to the person who has brought in the most client sales overall, not factoring in recruiting. This year’s recipient, who has always been among the top of the leaderboard, is Caitlin McNamara. From the very beginning, Caitlin has gone above and beyond. At each step in her career she has relentlessly pushed herself to be better. She has pushed us to hire more and grow faster than we could have imagined.
Caitlin joined us in 2016 as an entry level recruiter after graduating from University of New Hampshire with a degree in Neuroscience. She has played an instrumental part of growing the Massachusetts division by making numerous successful placements and impressing the clients she works with. Caitlin advanced to group director taking on new responsibilities as a team leader and mentor, helping not only her group but also other groups soar.
