Caitlin McNamara,  Massachusetts & Texas Division Director

After graduating from UNH with her Bachelors in Neuroscience, Caitlin joined ClinLab Staffing in 2016 as an entry level recruiter. She has since worked her way up to a group manager role and her focus is on placing candidates in the Massachusetts biotech industry. Caitlin has played an instrumental part in growing the Massachusetts division at ClinLab Staffing by making successful placements at numerous companies during her time here. She is known for her superior client service and high quality candidate referrals. Her work ethic and drive for success has earned her an outstanding reputation as she continues to grow ClinLab’s Massachusetts division, and is the reason she was the top biller in 2018 and again in 2019.
