Andrius Montvila, Founder & CEO

Andrius has been in the staffing industry for almost 20 years, starting as a personal contributor during the economic boom of the late 90s, when he quickly became one of the top performers at his firm. In January 2002, he co-founded A&A Search, LLC and later incubated ClinLab Staffing into an industry-leading pharmaceutical and biotech staffing firm.

Andrius now leads ClinLab Staffing through continuous growth and his vision continues to thrive today. The ClinLab team are known for their ethics, reliability and efficiency – and for consistently matching clients with top-quality candidates in New England, North Carolina and beyond. Andrius graduated with a double major in business and communications in 1991 from Syracuse University, where he played varsity soccer and continues to be a fan of the Orange.  He is a dedicated family man and an avid golfer.
