Andrius Montvila, Principal

Andrius has been in the staffing industry for more than 15 years, starting as a personal contributor during the economic boom of the late 90s, when he quickly became one of the top performers at his firm. In January 2002, he cofounded A&A Search, LLC and later incubated ClinLab into an industry-leading biotech staffing firm.

Andrius now leads ClinLab Staffing through continuous growth and his vision continues to thrive today. ClinLab is known for its ethics, reliability and efficiency – and for consistently matching clients with top-quality candidates in New England and beyond.

Andrius graduated with a double major in business and communications in 1991 from Syracuse University, where he played varsity soccer. He remains an avid and loyal Orange fan.

Jim McKeever, Director

Jim has been in the staffing industry since 2006, when he started as an Entry Level Recruiter with ClinLab Staffing. After quickly establishing himself as one of the top recruiters in his group, he was promoted to an account management role in 2007.

Jim’s drive and attention to detail helped grow ClinLab into one of the leading preclinical scientific firms in New England – and helped move him into the role of Group Manager in 2009. His experience and skills with account management, recruiting and leadership have paved the way for him to master the task of managing both ClinLab Staffing and the IT Financial group.

Steve Naclerio, ClinLab Staffing Group Manager

Steve has been in the staffing industry for more than seven years and has experience recruiting for a wide array of industries including aerospace/engineering, software/hardware development and biotech/pharmaceuticals. He joined A&A Search in 2008 and rapidly established himself as one of the company’s top recruiters.

In 2009, Steve joined ClinLab Staffing and played an integral role in growing the group from a team of three to its current total of eight team members. Steve also serves as a Senior Account Manager, developing and maintaining his own accounts while overseeing sales and recruiting efforts as Group Manager – a task he shares with Adam Katz.

Steve graduated in 2005 from Boston College, where he threw the javelin for the varsity track and field team. He remains an avid and loyal BC Eagles fan.

Adam Katz, ClinLab Staffing Group Manager

Adam joined ClinLab Staffing in 2009 as an Entry-Level Recruiter. In less than four years, he has worked his way up to Account Manager/Group Manager. Joined with Steve Naclerio, Adam oversees a group of recruiters and sales staff.

A graduate of Westfield State University, Adam attributes his success to his strong work ethic and determination. He was the top producer as a Recruiter, and he continues that success as he works to grow ClinLab Staffing into a national brand.

Prior to joining ClinLab, Adam has five years of sales experience in recruiting and home construction. He feels that this gave him an excellent foundation – knowing that opportunities are not given, they must be earned.

Alison Borelli, Manager of Operations

Alison started her career with ClinLab Staffing in 2011.  Upon graduating from Nichols College in May 2010, she was waitressing and passively job seeking, unsure of what she wanted to do now that she had to enter the “real world.”  In March of 2011, she was hired by ClinLab as a part-time Office Assistant.

Her organization, drive, and ability to pick up on new tasks quickly allowed her to advance her career to her present position and become a valued member of the team.  The growth that Alison has achieved over the past few years is a prime example of the opportunities that ClinLab gives to its employees.

Alison lives in Shrewsbury with her husband and two dogs; a puggle named Sadie and a rescued German Shepherd named Jax.
