(Hybrid Role- 2 days in our Watertown MA office/3 days remote)

With that successful growth we’ve recently moved to a great new office in Watertown and are continuing to promote our team members into senior level positions. We only promote team members from within and will always continue to do so. Growth within our company is performance based not given because you have been here longer than other employees.

Benefits:

• Base Salary plus Uncapped Commissions (first full year employees have been averaging $95K/yr, with top performers earning more! Our average employee is making $145K/yr.)
• Year-End Performance-Based Bonuses ranging from $1K-$55K

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is required with 0-2 years of experience
