Melissa Carleton, Account Manager North Carolina Division

Melissa is the Account Manager for the North Carolina Division.  She joined the team as an Entry-Level Recruiter just after graduating from UConn in 2011, and took on the challenge of establishing a ClinLab presence in North Carolina when she was promoted to Account Management in 2013.

Melissa has built the North Carolina Division from the ground-up, and has developed strong relationships with several clients in the new area.  She is extremely proud of the group’s accomplishments to date, and is especially excited to see how much they will be able to grow with the addition of their newest recruiter, Catherine.

Outside of work, Melissa dedicates most of her time to raising money and awareness for the American Stroke Association through her engagement in Tedy’s Team.  She runs a number of races with the team each year, including the Boston Marathon, and has raised over $25,000 in the two years she has been with them.  Melissa is also a devout UConn Huskies fan, loves spending time at her family’s lake house in New Hampshire, and enjoys taking spontaneous trips all over the country and across the world.
